Processing time

It takes us around 2 or 3 days to process the order, then we send your order by La Poste (fench postal service), it will normally takes 3 working days.

Taxes

Import taxes are the responsability of the buyers. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by customs.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees include the costs of packaging and shipping.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns

We accept returns without any problem, contact us within 3 days after the delivery. Then, please return the items to us within 14 days after the delivery. The shipping cost will be payed by the buyer.

Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
